What to check about pools, fitness, the MGM Grand connection, parking and fees before choosing a Signature suite.
Choose the suite before comparing amenities
A resort name is a starting point, not a list of everything included with a reservation. Look at the exact suite, its photographs and the amenities attached to that listing. STRive manages independently operated suites at The Signature; we are not MGM Resorts. Interior layouts, kitchen facilities, balconies and sleeping arrangements can differ. Save the listing you are comparing so the team can answer questions about that suite rather than a general room category.
Pools and fitness: confirm access for your stay
Check whether pool and fitness access is included in the selected booking, which facilities that access covers and whether your dates have any operating restrictions. A pool amenity or photograph does not establish access to every MGM Grand facility, a heated pool or a private pool. Ask about temporary closures, age rules, opening hours and any admission charges before making those facilities central to your plans. If access is essential, get the answer for the specific unit and dates.
The MGM Grand pedestrian connection
The Signature connects with the MGM Grand complex by pedestrian routes. The route to a particular casino entrance, restaurant or venue is not necessarily the same as the route to Las Vegas Boulevard. Use the homepage map to compare your chosen destination by walking and driving. Provider routes and estimated times can change; follow current on-site signs and guest-access guidance, and allow additional time for elevators and busy resort corridors.
Parking and fees need a booking-specific answer
Check the number of vehicles, the type of parking, availability limits and any applicable charges. Do not assume a valet reference means unlimited vehicles or guaranteed space. Similarly, a no-resort-fee statement must apply to your particular booking; it is not a blanket promise for all Signature stays. Review the full stay price and published rental terms, and clarify any conflicting inclusion before you reserve.
