How inquiries, authentication, rental review and optional anonymous analytics are handled.
Inquiry forms collect the contact information and message needed to respond. Guest lookup requires a signed-in identity and server-verified ownership of the requested reservation.
Hostaway supplies public rental, calendar and quote information. Clerk provides authentication. Existing reservation details are private and are not public search content.
Optional analytics are off unless you allow them. Consented local events count property views, date searches and checkout starts using a random anonymous session identifier. They do not store contact details, booking handles, URLs, referrers or raw IP addresses. Consented map events use Replit-hosted analytics, when enabled, and send only featured destination IDs, walking or driving mode and route result categories—not search text, coordinates or provider responses. Loading Google Maps is a separate choice and does not turn on analytics. You can change that preference on this page.
Book Direct opens our secure STRive booking website, operated through Hostaway, with the selected property and valid dates and guest count when provided. Enter guest and payment details there; this website does not collect card details or create a second reservation. Do not submit raw card or bank details through ordinary forms.
