Choosing a Las Vegas Vacation Rental
A practical checklist for evaluating a rental before booking.
Set your non-negotiables
Choose the guest count and sleeping requirements first, then check actual bedrooms, beds and occupancy. Filter by amenities only when the provider reports them.
Read photos and descriptions together
Use the actual gallery to understand the unit. A pool photo or a view is not proof of private access or a guaranteed room feature. Ask about any detail not verified in the listing.
Review the booking conditions
Check live availability, the full price, age and identification requirements when reported, and the published cancellation agreement. Browsing and price review do not create a reservation or hold dates.
