We have loved staying in MGM Signature before but the newly renovated room was even more impressive. The new colors and style made it feel much more modern. The bar and record player are a nice touch. Everything was clean and fresh. The walk is nice and easy to the strip and a plus that it is inside. Extras to note are parking, keurig, fridge, ice close by, plenty of towels, full length mirror and jet tub. We would definitely choose this booking again.

Where do I begin—thank you, Kai, for being an awesome host! Your place is close enough to the Strip, yet far enough away to escape all the loud noise. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place for families: • The Space: My niece and I shared the incredibly comfy king bed. My mom gave the couch two thumbs up—noting it was firm and wide, just like her favorite recliner back home. • Amenities & Views: The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped; we made pancakes and enjoyed a beautiful view with our brunch. • Special Highlight: My niece has special needs, and she was absolutely thrilled to soak in and enjoy the wonderful Jacuzzi tub. Thank you again, Kai, for your excellent hospitality. We would love to stay here again!

We had a great time at Kai's place. It was located just off the main strip but attached to the MGM Grand. Easy access to the location, free valet, and easy access to the rest of the strip. Very good base for exploring the strip. The family enjoyed access to the multiple pools on the MGM campus as well. The suites had alot of room, looked just like the photos and were clean. Kai was very responsive and proactive. We would stay here again for a trip to Vegas.

This place was clean and nice. Always love the signature. Wonderful view of top golf and also loved the view from the bedroom of the sphere. The balcony was not to high, which was great because we could enjoy it without fear of being too high. The only thing I noticed was the jetted bath tub knobs were not working well and seem to need to be replaced. I’m sure they will take care of that soon. Everything you need. Pillows extra blanket, towels extra.. one thing that would add great value would be outdoor chairs or furniture for the balcony. Other than that, it was great!

This place is great. I stayed in a penthouse for a fraction of the price of going directly through the hotel. The three towers themselves are all rooms. No casino or bar that I saw, but it connected to MGM without having to go outside and they have plenty of taxis. Staff was super friendly! I’ll be back to stay here.

I was BLOWN AWAY!!!!! Omg this place was actually amazing and better than the pics. Lots of times on air bnb the pics are deceptive unfortunately….. but not this place!!!! It the view is killer!! And yes u CAN SEE THE SPHERE FROM THE WINDOW in the bedroom!!!!!!!!! Everything is close by pools and lazy river are amazing it has valet parking 🅿️ I mean u cannot lose with this location!!! I most definitely will be back BERY SOON! Thx Kai!!!! 🤘

Absolutely stunning views! We had a wonderful stay and spent so much time just taking in the incredible strip views from the property. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The host was also very responsive and helpful. The kitchen equipment was a bit sparse/outdated, which made cooking a slight challenge, but the views and overall experience more than made up for it. Still a well-deserved 5 stars—we would definitely stay here again!"

The host was very responsive and the instructions were clear. We loved that valet was included and how easy it was to walk indoors to MGM and nearby spots. Kai is a wonderful host—friendly, communicative, and very attentive. His place looks exactly like the pictures: beautifully decorated with a playful touch, and absolutely spotless. It’s just a short hop from the Las Vegas Strip, yet tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area. My husband and I were able to enjoy a restful night’s sleep after a busy day out. We had a great stay and would definitely come back again.

What a fun airbnb! We marveled at the decor -- SO Vegas! Loved the leopardskin ceilings & wallpaper & the red kitchen. The balcony was a great place to hang out at night. The jetted tubs were much needed after miles of walking. Kai is an incredibly responsive and helpful host. The pools were awesome. We had a great time in this venue and will return.

Really enjoyed this stay. I appreciate the darker linens, makes it feel more cozy like home and less like a sterile hospital environment. Kitchen well stocked and dishes were clean in the cupboard (a rarity!) Loved you could completely turn off the clock to reduce light in the room. However, there was increased noise levels (compared to other rooms) due to the proximity of top golf.

The location was perfect, right by the Strip, making it very convenient for exploring Las Vegas. We really appreciated having our own kitchen, and the jacuzzi was a great bonus and a lovely way to relax. The view was also beautiful and made the stay even more enjoyable. One thing that really stood out was the lobby when we arrived for check-in — it smelled absolutely phenomenal! It gave us a great first impression of the place. Kai’s place was absolutely beautiful! The pictures do NOT do the space AND view justice! We had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, it was fairly quiet around there and the staff onsite was super helpful. You can walk to the MGM Grand and all of its shops with no problem! We honestly can’t wait to come back and definitely book again!

Excellent location and sooooo quiet. Seems to be a sound insulated ceiling with no noise from other units. 5th Floor is nice with short elevator rides. Bonkers views of the Sphere and walkable to strip and of course connected via indoor hallway to MGM. Great water pressure and hot. Room darkens nicely with thick drapes, shades. Valets for car were on point. Would stay here again.

This is great unit at Signature MGM, Tower 2 with a fantastic view of the sphere. It was close enough to the strip but still far enough away to enjoy peaceful nights. We had an issue upon check-in but Kai was very responsive and we got the issue sorted out right away. We also had an issue with the TV but kai was able to get someone in fairly quickly to resolve the issue. We loved having 2 bathrooms. Pools are awesome, lazy river was fun for kids, but we enjoyed the pool at our tower - much more relaxing! Great amenities, great unit, great host! would stay again!

This place was really good and is actually a 5-8 min walk to the main of MGM. Just be aware of valet is free but it’s first come first serve especially coming late at night you might have to park in the MGM parking lot.

Die Lage ist perfekt: ruhig gelegen und dennoch sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem zu Fuß oder mit der Monorail erreichbar. Auch die Nähe zum Flughafen ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Die Poollandschaft ist ein absoluter Traum. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber: schnell, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. I love staying at the MGM Signature towers. They are close to everything, and the individual condos are a nice, quiet reprieve from the hustle and bustle of Vegas. I love this unit. It had everything we needed, was clean, and I loved the wallpaper and flooring. Also, it was nice to have chairs on the balcony overlooking the tower 2 pool. The bed is very comfortable and has several pillows from which to choose. I had a minor issue on day 2, but Kai was incredibly helpful and responsive. He responded within minutes, and the issue was resolved within an hour by Kai’s handyman and the MGM maintenance staff. Staying here was great, and I will definitely book this condo with Kai again.

Great location. Perfect if you are planning on watching the ka show. The walkway is connected so I was able to stay cool and inside. The location is walkable distance to the area monorail so it was convenient touring the casinos and hotels.

Kai's place was so great! 5 out of 5! Kai was super responsive! Bad communication is a Airbnb dealbreaker for me! Having free valet parking and no resort fee was a huge plus! It was a 5 min walk indoors ( Las Vegas heat is wild) to the Garden Arena where I saw a concert! And from the MGM grand you are literally like seconds from the strip to all the hotels and festivities! And the pools at the signature were never super busy! I loved the jacuzzi jetted tub in the hotel and of course the kitchenette came stocked with all the appliances I needed! No dishwasher BUT I wasn't required to wash the dishes upon leaving ( still did bc of a mix of home training and adhd)! The bed was soooo comfortable, the view was insane, had enough towels for a week stay and just overall a great place to stay! The tv was a little limited, would love a chromecast option, but just got some snacks and watched Love Island on my Ipad from my comfy bed! I would and will come back in a heartbeat no questions asked!

Hi, My Wife and I stayed here to elope while in Vegas and the room was such a beautiful view! The space was clean, easy to find from catching an Uber and the host was very communicable and helpful! The hotel had plenty of restaurants but be sure to venture out and try some authentic cuisine and hang out on Fremont to get the most bang out of your buck! The listing does have her own cleaning crew outside of the hotel, but we were left with plenty of towels and washcloths that we didn’t have to call for more. We had a great time and will likely book again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Kai was an excellent host and responded instantly with our questions. The condo was clean. The master bathroom was spacious. I was mesmerized by the direct view of the sphere from the bedroom, even more dazzling from the third floor rather than a higher floor. Great place to stay! Walkable to the MGM Grand so you don’t even need to step outside. MGM Grand pools are available to use so that’s a plus. Many places to eat are within walking distance. The place itself is just as described. Had a microwave, stove, refrigerator, jetted tub, shower, and complimentary valet service for our car. Would definitely stay here over staying in a traditional hotel room in Vegas. Highly recommended!!

Kai was super welcoming and responsive, it was a pleasure to communicate with him! The unit matched description and photos perfectly. The building was close to the Strip and the parking was very secure. The AC worked perfectly, so it was comfortable to stay in the room. Be aware that you MUST be 21+ in order to check-in. We ran into a major issue because this requirement wasn’t stated in the listing, and we were under that age. However, Kai went above and beyond to help us resolve the situation, especially considering that we contacted him at 1 A.M. We really appreciated his willingness to help. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and memorable!

Checking in was the same as checking in at every other hotel, there was a setback with our first night, however Kai managed the situation with absolute diligence and consideration. The level of readjustments that Kai was able to provide for us was reassuring and very much appreciated. With lots to do and a scenery that I have never had staying at other hotels around the strip this Airbnb offers the best all round experience and quality of stay. The room was extravagant and had really nice amenities such as the rocking chairs on the outside patio, the poker table, and my favorite the vinyl record player. In short I highly recommend this Airbnb and I would most definitely stay here again.

Just visited Vegas and stayed at Kai's spacious property. It is exactly as described. It was comfortable for my party of 5. The property is a very quick walk to MGM Grand or New York New York with no need to step outside to do so. You can easily walk to the monorail as well. I would recommend staying here if you want to be away from all the noise and busyness of the strip. I would stay here again.

This place is awesome! Out of all the places we stayed along our route, this was by far the best. The hotel itself was connected to a lot of great shops and restaurants, so we were able to stay in the enclosed, air conditioned complex while getting through to the other side, which is important in the Vegas heat. Upon exiting the complex through the MGM Grand, we were right on the strip and close to a lot of things we wanted to see and do. I would definitely recommend staying here. Had all of the advantages of staying at a hotel, but the room was customized by the AirBnb host to be significantly more cozy and aesthetic than staying at a hotel would typically be. It was clean, beautiful, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Checking into the hotel was easy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was close to where we came up on the elevator, and easy to find. We stayed here with our son, the room was good for 3 people, and the sofa bed was comfortable for him. 10/10

Our recent stay at Kai’s penthouse on the 34th floor at the Signature MGM was nothing short of spectacular. There truly aren’t enough words to describe how beautiful this place is. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the breathtaking views of Las Vegas from every window. The penthouse is beautifully furnished, exceptionally clean, and offers every comfort you could possibly need. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and every detail seemed thoughtfully designed to create a luxurious and relaxing experience. As if the views weren’t impressive enough, we were treated to an unforgettable surprise on our last night—an eight-minute fireworks display over the Las Vegas Strip that we could enjoy from the comfort of the penthouse. Watching the fireworks light up the city skyline from 34 floors up was truly magical. This was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We would give Kai and this incredible penthouse 10 stars if we could. Highly recommended!

Kai's Place was the perfect place for our family to stay in Vegas. Our family of 4 was very comfortable. The 2 bathrooms and separate bedroom are ideal for the 4 nights we stayed, everyone had enough space to relax when we weren't exploring all there is to see and do in Vegas. This location is a bit of a walk from the Strip, Casino and the Lazy River but we enjoyed the privacy and chill environment the Signature Suite Tower provided. The view of the Sphere was a real treat each morning and evening. Kai responded quickly to questions I had during check in and it made check in very easy. Will absolutely be looking to book here for our next Vegas vacation.

This would’ve been 5 stars if it were cleaner. This place definitely needs a deep clean. The bathroom had gobs of hair on the floor, the bathtub was unclean, the floors felt dirty under my feet, the shower looks like it has mold in the corners. It’s too bad because the place has a lot of potential. There are some thoughtful elements like the Epsom salts and bath bombs, the Yogi bedtime tea, the lovely decor. But I just felt like I was living on top of other people’s hair and dirt.

Kai’s place was awesome! We felt right at home and loved staying in such a prime location on the Strip, with all the MGM amenities the property had to offer. The place was very clean and had so many extra touches, like eye masks and plenty of coffee pods, to help us relax in Las Vegas after a busy week at the Grand Canyon. Communication was perfect, and we were even able to check in an hour earlier than expected. As a host myself, I know this isn’t always easy and the extra effort was appreciated! Highly recommend staying at Kai’s place if you are in the area! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our stay was so amazing! The decor was full Vegas glam but modern. The designer did an amazing job. The beds were ridiculously comfortable and the place was super spacious. We had the most amazing views of the strip at night. There is a covered walkway straight to MGM Grand, which was such a huge plus, and we used the monorail a ton. I would love to stay here again! The hosts are also very helpful and responsive.

We had a fabulous time at Kai’s place. Having security at the gate makes it feel so safe and then at check in such great customer service, so easy and fast. The rooms were so clean and all the extra touches with the coffee, creamer and tea was great! My teen girls stayed in the separate room and that was so nice for them and us. The indoor walkways to the MGM Grand made it so fast and easy to get to the pools and lazy river. While at the pool I messaged Kai to make sure we could get more towels and unfortunately I missed his reply so he just sent towels directly to our room anyway, when we did have more than enough towels in the cabinet. So make sure you look. We are already planning on going back and will stay here again.

Good location. The host was very responsive and nice. The unit was very clean, it was nice to not see hotel furniture. There were holes in the walls from previous furniture and fixtures i assume, but they definitely made us uncomfortable to see. I’ve stayed in The Signatures before, just never on such a low floor. Being this low, you can hear the music from the Day Party next to top golf(with your patio door closed). A good thing to consider when booking through here or through the signatures directly. But overall, a decent stay.

As a content creator I would say this has been the BEST hotel I’ve been in. I stayed here the first week of June for a solo trip and this place exceeded my expectation!!! It’s right by the strip, and walkable. Cheap Ubers/Lyft fees as well. Kai accommodated EVERY possible need there was during my stay. I would recommend brining the physical card with you when checking in because the hotel did give me a hassle with tap pay, however, Kai handled it swiftly! The Jacuzzi was my favorite part along with the complimentary champagne 🙌🏾 I will definitely return to Vegas specifically for this unit😅. 100000/10 highly recommend

We loved our stay! It was the perfect “out of the way” from the strip but still easily accessible. The room was inviting and well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the touches in the bathroom with the salts, bath bombs and the under eye patches. 🥰 Also loved the record player too! This Airbnb was perfect for us! We had a group of 4 couples and it fits us all comfortably! The location made it super easy to go to the Vegas strip and had access to the MGM pools which were amazing! We were traveling for a concert at allegiant stadium and it was great with the walk being about 30 minutes or so from our Airbnb. We were also able to store our luggage when we first got in so we were able to explore before our check-in. Kai was so responsive and incredibly helpful! I highly recommend staying here. We hope to stay again the next time we are in Vegas!

I will stay again! i stayed with a colleague on a business trip. There is an entirely indoor walkway from the tower to the inside of the MGM Grand casino. I walked easily to the Paris for breakfast in 10 minutes. There is also a little Cafe in the tower lobby. it is a great value with a group of two couples or a family when you face having to rent two hotel rooms. The two bedrooms connect via a door so each bedroom is private and you can share the kitchen and living room. The balcony was very nice too. Everything was clean and well stocked with dishes and towells, soaps and paper towells, coffee and coffee maker. I was hoping that shampoo and body soap wrre stocked and it was there. The penthouse is super close to the airport also.

Kai was an amazing host and the MGM Signature unit exceeded our expectations. The connected units joined by a private foyer made the setup feel both spacious and very private, which was perfect for our group. Both units were spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we needed, including coffee makers and pods. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable and the pillows were honestly perfect — everyone slept great. Check-in was super easy, valet being included made everything even more convenient, and getting the parking pass from security was a breeze. Kai was incredibly friendly and quick to respond, although everything was so smooth that we barely needed to contact him outside of check-in/check-out updates and letting him know how much we loved the place. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend booking with Kai if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place near the Strip.

The stay was fantastic. We stayed for 10 nights and it had everything we needed. Great views from the bedroom window, over some of the strip with High Roller and the Sphere - Great to look at in the evening when illuminated. Comfy bed and it was good that the TV was adjustable in the bedroom if you wanted to have a movie night after indulging in what vegas had to offer. Kitchen was well equipped, we didnt use it much as we were always out eating or brought food back from local restaurants - but when we did use the kitchen facilities we were impressed. Thanks for a great stay ! We hope to come back and stsy again really soon.

We chose Kai’s to stay in for our wedding week coming across the country. From the first question 10 months ago almost, until checkout yesterday they have answered every question with urgency. I had trash set out and let them know and it was gone within minutes. 4 minute walk to mgm grand with multiple shops/restaurants. It was fairly walkable for us as a younger couple, we still ended up taking about 15 Ubers throughout the week so keep in mind it’s not directly on the strip but so nice to be half away from everything. We sat on the balcony many evenings and watched top golf and listened to music. I do wish there was a stool or chair outside just for relaxing purposes, even a camp chair slid under the bed “just incase” Overall we would recommend this place 100x over. Next time we’re back I think we know where we wanna stay :) five stars!

This was my first time getting an Airbnb on my own. I’m glad I chose this spot, definitely worth what I paid and not far from the strip. We got there around 8:00am and although I was not able to check in early, they definitely made up for it by still letting me use the Valet parking (complimentary w/the stay) and we were able to store our things free of charge until our room was ready which was extremely helpful since we were meeting friends for brunch. I would recommend staying here. Most places have pretty uncomfortable beds that you can’t wait to go home to sleep on your own, but Kai’s place was so dang comfy. Slept like a baby lol. Besides that, very close to a lot of areas. Kai responds extremely quick to everything. Smooth check in/check out. A good amount of cookware available to utilize, if needed. We stayed for a company conference and loved the connecting rooms. Very convenient for coming back to decompress and we were able to relax and eat most meals comfortably in the room. This was a great family vacation! 2 Adults, 4 pre-teens. The location and rooms were just as described. The only thing that would've really helped was a washer/dryer for mid-stay laundry. There was a hook up but no washer/dryer. The location was perfect, close enough to walk to the strip, very close to the airport (the boys liked watching the planes take off/land) a cool view of Top Golf too. We would highly recommend this place!

The space looked just like the pictures. Beautiful view of "the Strip". The outside of the property is not well marked but that cannot be changed by the host. This condo suite is the perfect place for families! My husband and I, plus 2 kids and my mom, felt right at home and had plenty of space for sleeping and hanging out. Tte space was spotless and the decor is just perfectly Vegas. It is close enough to the strip for walking, but just far enough that is very quiet. The tower pools are great, and you have direct access to everything in MGM Grand - but you don’t have to walk through a casino to exit the building, which is great when traveling with kids. Kai was an amazing host - we had a small issue with check in and later, a clogged toilet, and the issues were dealt with promptly with great communication. Would 100% stay here again!

The location is fantastic—close to the MGM Grand and just a quick 5–10 minute Uber ride to the main Strip, making it super convenient while still being in a quieter area. The place was nice and I have always liked staying at the signature mgm because of the benefits of valet parking, the pools, being close to the monorail, the staff is always great, and this room also had a balcony, jetted tub, and no carpet! It was nicely appointed with an espresso machine and clean and fresh. The bed was on the firmer side and the kitchen had what you needed for small meals in the room. This is a fantastic place to stay, great location and very responsive host! We were a group of three adults and two children in town for an athletic tournament and some shows! A few minor issues…one of the mini refrigerators didn’t cool (we just shared the one in the second room) and we had great difficulty entering the room one night due to the battery being out on the door (not the hosts fault) but security was very nice and fixed it right away. Host was kind and apologized and left us a bottle of champagne for the inconvenience :) Place was clean and had all the little toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer) which was greatly appreciated. Location was fantastic and easy to get anywhere we needed. A bonus is that the monorail stops at the very nearby MGM food court and shopping district. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and we had a fantastic time! Thank you :)

The Host was excellent. Great communication and the condos were very nice, clean and safe. We weren’t expecting two when we booked and the extra space was very helpful. We booked late at night and Kai quickly accommodated us. The unit has very nice views and comfortable beds; even the pullouts. Only issues had to do with front desk and valet staff. One front desk agent ignored us, but another quickly stepped in and was very kind. One valet attendant was rude and argumentative. The others were better. The parking is included and that was nice, but it was a little tricky to leave and return so we walked anywhere we needed to go. This is no fault of the Host. Overall, great stay!

We stayed at Kai’s apartment for a week with our toddler, and have nothing but positive things to say. The apartment was clean, quiet, and conveniently had two entirely separate rooms and bathrooms so our toddler could nap/sleep without us having to tiptoe around. We were coming from out of town, and Kai provided a toddler crib so we had one less thing to lug around. The apartment itself was conveniently located close enough to the strip that walking there was easy but removed enough that ride shares were hassle-free. The kitchen had everything we needed to have some meals in the apartment as well. Kai was super-responsive to our messages, but the apartment was in good enough shape that we didn’t need to get in touch too much. We’d stay in Kai’s apartment again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful time for 6 days here. It was a great location, and was a perfect fit for my family. We had three kids and 5 adults, Kia was always quick to respond. We asked for some cleaning supplies half way through as there was not a vacuum and little kids are messy, they sent someone to the room that day to freshen up for us and we appreciated that. It would have been nice to have a swiffer duster too and I would have hit a few spots that seemed to be missed. It is Vegas and I understand it’s dusty. The washing machine does not work and that was a bummer but we were given access to the laundry in the lobby as soon as we reached out and that was very convenient and helpful. We made great memories and the location was perfect. We went to the wizard of oz, the circ show Ka down in the casino, the Farris wheel, meow wolf, and a day trip to the Grand Canyon. We did almost everything Vegas has to offer for families, and this location was a perfect home base!

Things were a bit confusing starting at check in. We were given a key for only 1 room, we were able to get things straightened out with the help from the host. Checking out the kitchen I came across a pan in a draw that appeared to have an oily substance on the bottom. I also noticed the other pans were chipped on the bottoms. The silverware and glassware seemed dirty too. I ended up doing a load in the dishwasher. There was only 1 blow dryer for 3 bathrooms, and it was a small and low quality. There was not extra sheets and pillowcases for the pull out beds. Many Airbnb’s have a notebook with instructions to help guest with questions. This place didn’t provide one, or I couldn’t find it. We had to google how to operated the all in one washer/dryer. And the room that held the washer/dryer was filthy. When we were getting ready to check out, I started stripping the bed and noticed there was not mattress pad on the bed. It made me wonder what body fluids of others I slept on

My wife and I were in Vegas for a few days with another couple. Kai’s penthouse was perfect for us! The 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms, great living area with kitchen was ideal for our stay! The apartment had beautiful views of the strip and was easily within walking distance. We eloped while staying at the property and were accommodated with all needs including the request for a garment steamer. The washing machine was broken but we were able to use the laundry facilities onsite which was great. They also gave us a very thoughtful wedding gift which was unexpected but greatly appreciated. Definitely recommend.

Overall, Kai‘s place was great. It looked just like the pictures. There were only a few issues. We were in Vegas celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. My husband had reached out to see about having flowers and champagne in the room waiting for us. He left a handful of messages and nobody got back to him. The other issue was it’s in tower number three. Which is quite a hike to the casino. Other than those two issues, the place was great. It was clean. The jetted tub was a bonus.

The space is beautiful & offers a great atmosphere, but several issues made our stay less comfortable than expected. The balcony fireplace is decorative only, some furniture was worn or damaged, & our curtains couldn’t fully close due to a missing hook. The door didn’t lock securely, the TVs never worked, & both showers leaked & drained slowly, pooling while showering. 1 faucet came loose & couldn’t be used, the rooms stayed warm despite the AC. We also found the washer/dryer closet open on arrival with silverware being used as tools. While concerns were acknowledged, most were considered normal maintenance to address after our stay. We appreciated the mattress topper, champagne, & Kai’s help, as well as the offered discount (which we didn’t realize was for a future stay). However, given the comfort issues & lack of a true shared gathering space, the experience didn’t fully meet the expectations we had saved & planned for over the past two years. I think next time we will book a hotel

My boyfriend and I had a beautiful time staying in this penthouse. The space was very spacious, and since we sleep in separate beds (I snore) there was SO much space to accommodate the two of us and our 6 suitcases for our 9 months of travels. I loved the bath, and took one each night! The condo is close to everything and there is a nice view from the balcony. The air conditioning allowed for a perfect temperature, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel property is beautiful too, especially the pool area. Overall a great stay, and would definitely stay here again.

Everything is good location, clean. Maybe a bit smaller than the pictures. Great host fast response time. Unfortunately the most important which is sleeping was not good. First the place is heavily perfumed and the bed sheets smell of perfumed detergent . I expect a natural smell free place and second it faces the street and worse some Airconditioning turbines which are super noisy. So the perfume smells and the noise don’t let us sleep properly.

Die Unterkunft liegt im Tower 3, das ist der hinterste Tower, wenn man vom MGM Grand Hotel schaut, es liegt direkt an der Einfahrt nach dem Security Check In. Das Valet Parking, welches inklusive ist, macht es sehr praktisch, Reibung raus zu fahren. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich wie in einem Hotel. Man kann die gesamte Poolanlage mitbenutzen. Unereats funktioniert auch super. Die Unterkunft an sich ist sehr schön und auch für 4 Personen gute Gewohnheit, da es ein sehr großes Bad mit 2 großen Waschbecken gibt. Dusche und Whirlpoolbadewanne. Eine separate Toilette mit abschließbarer Tür. Weiter noch ein 2. kleineres Bad mit Dusche und Toilette. Für Kurzaufenthalte von 3-5 Tagen super geeignet. Kai hat immer schnell reagiert, wenn man Fragen hatte. Wir waren für unseren Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

We had a great extended weekend at Kai’s place for a girls weekend. We loved that the condo was a part of the mgm grand casino but still separate so it was very peaceful. The condo was a great price for everything you get. If you stay at Kai’s and plan to use MGM’s lazy river, bring your own float. They have them at the lazy river but you have to buy one for $35 and then pay another $10 to get it inflated. I cannot recommend this place enough and will 100% be staying here again when I am back in town.

Stayed here for my 30th birthday weekend with my mom and a couple girlfriends, and we had the best time! The location is great—super easy to get Uber Eats and rideshare drop-offs (just make sure to tell them which tower you’re in). Check-in was smooth and quick, no hiccups. The suite itself was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. The bathroom setup is gorgeous—huge plus. Even though it’s not on a high floor, the view was still nice, and honestly, it was super convenient not waiting long for elevators. The fact that there were no daily resort fees saved us a ton, especially compared to booking directly through MGM. I never was an Airbnb person for Vegas. I always wanted to be on the strip, etc., especially in college, but this was awesome because I had the space of my apartment or bigger without the extra fees and a kitchen so I’m definitely going to do it again because it’s still on the strip and part of the MGM! Would 100% stay here again

The spot was very convenient. enjoyed the pool very much especially the tubing around The pool was awesome. It was a walk away. The whole tower was connected to MGM. the room was an excellent condition very clean no problems with any of the furniture or the beds. The host was very communicative, and kind.

Absolutely loved the place. We were even offered an early check in! Would suggest sealing the shower, we were cleaning up water nonstop bc of the leaking. Also, the toilet made a loud squeaking sound off and on. Otherwise, highly recommend. Would absolutely stay here my next visit to Vegas!

The Lucky Suite was perfect for our time in Las Vegas. The suite was was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. There was plenty of room for our group of 5 to spread out, and the quiet atmosphere was a nice break from the busyness of the strip. We enjoyed winding down listening to records, and playing poker at the end of the night. We appreciated the full access to all the MGM amenities including the different pools and the gym. It felt like a better value than renting two rooms or a suite at hotel nearby. Highly recommend.

Sensational Place is as described & as portrayed in pictures. Nothing is outdated. Has a great view, great location in Vegas. I was able to access the pool until check in & after check out until my flight. The only minor critique was that I wasn’t able to access wi-fi as described or use MGM’s wi-fi in the rooms. I communicated this during the stay but wasn’t able to resolve it. This is a great place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay in Las Vegas with our kids in this beautiful apartment with a breathtaking view of the city. The host was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The apartment was very clean, check-in was smooth, and the valet service was excellent. Our children absolutely loved the hot tubs, and having multiple bathrooms made everything so much easier for us as a family. We’ll definitely be coming back to this same apartment for our next trip in November if it’s available. Everything was perfect!

Great corner one bedroom unit with two full bathrooms. Huge unit that you can live in. Bigger u it than most of you are comparing. Not a high floor and it has a balcony too. Host was very responsive and super nice. This is in tower 3 and we found the check in better in tower 2 (where we arrived). Be prepared to walk to get to MGM Grand but if you use uber or Lyft then you will like this unit because you can exit on a side street to get to the airport etc. There is also a Dennys up that side street where you can walk to. Picking up under eats or door dash is also super easy! There is a nice little kitchen in the room to reheat leftovers etc. We loved the view of the sphere and watching it change. You can use MGM pool and lazy river but bring your own tube for the lazy river. Thanks to the host for being very accommodating.

Great location with awesome views. It’s really hard to go wrong being at MGM signature. It’s a corner suite with views from the Venetian to T-mobile arena. Would come back again. At least that’s what the kids want to do. Thanks for having us.
